Service Management Policy
At BSS, our commitment is to provide quality managed services, continuously improving their management to meet the needs and expectations of our clients, as well as complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This way, we achieve greater market participation through demand generation with value proposals, specialized personnel, and results measurement.


Anti-Bribery Policy
At BSS, it is prohibited to engage in, cause, or carry out bribery and corruption activities, as well as to make any type of payments, tangible or intangible with economic value or in kind from BSS to stakeholders or public officials. It is also prohibited to receive payments, tangible or intangible with value from stakeholders in compliance with applicable federal national legislation.


At BSS, it is forbidden to maintain unfair practices in a competitive environment to favor BSS in business and contracts through any type of tangible or intangible exchange with economic value or in kind with public officials or stakeholders.
BSS has mechanisms to establish, review, and evaluate the achievement of anti-bribery objectives, as well as to comply with and improve the Anti-Bribery Management System (SGAS) and to promote the raising of good faith concerns based on a reasonable belief from our stakeholders or the general public in a trusting environment without any consequences.
Top Management is committed to providing the necessary resources for all Management Systems to fulfill their purpose, training personnel with values and principles aligned with those of the business, and generating demand through value proposals, specialized personnel, and results measurement.
This policy will be reviewed by Top Management during the Management Review.
Internal staff, business partners, suppliers, or any stakeholder will be responsible for complying with and enforcing this policy.
This policy is available for consultation in the Document Repository of BSS Management Systems for all BSS personnel, whether they are executive, managerial, or operational staff, regardless of their hierarchical level or employment situation.
